Yes of course. You will need to be prepared to pay for Power BI licensing, training, salaries, and if your designated person leaves, you’re in a tricky spot. So the answer is yes, but we wouldn’t recommend going down an expensive road that could have twists and turns at any point.

The user might be entering incorrect credentials, their account might not have been activated, or the password has expired.
Please make sure to contact your it department. When does the data update on the dashboard? Ans: It updates every night so you get a fresh set of data that morning. Who can i contact if i need help with login/data? You can contact us at: customer@schoolsbi.co.uk 

We love feature requests. Please send them through to info@schoolsbi.co.uk, if it’s a really quick fix we’ll apply it to your dashboard as soon as possible. If it’s a great idea that needs a bit more work we’ll add it to our development queue for a future update.

• Cross Filtering: Click on a graph element anywhere on the screen, and the rest of teh screen will filter to that piece of data. e.g. Click on boys and the whoel page will filter to just male pupils.
• Drill down: Some visuals have a ⬇️ symbol on them. This shows that you can drill down on this graph. Right click for the option. e.g. Drill down from year group to tutor group.
• Drill up: To get back, right click again and click drill up.

You cannot break your dashboard! So have fun playing around with all the features.
